Terms & conditions

Plain English, and as short as we could reasonably make it. Last updated 19 September 2026.

1. Who you're buying from

This shop is operated by Lumora, 4 Hattersley Court, Ormskirk L39 2AY, United Kingdom. Registered in England and Wales, company number [ADD COMPANY NUMBER]. VAT number [ADD VAT NUMBER, or remove this line if not VAT registered]. You can reach us at alaindesmit893@gmail.com.

Lumora is an authorised reseller of neuroVIZR devices. neuroVIZR is the manufacturer's brand and remains their property.

2. When these terms apply

They apply to every order placed through this website by a consumer. By placing an order you confirm you're at least 18 and buying for personal use.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling for UK customers and in euros for customers in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and France. UK prices include UK VAT where applicable. Orders shipped to the EU are exported from the UK and are zero-rated for UK VAT; EU import VAT and any customs charges are payable by you on delivery, as set out in our shipping policy.

Obvious pricing or typing errors don't bind us — if one occurs we'll contact you before shipping and you can confirm or cancel the order.

You can pay using any method shown at checkout, including card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay and PayPal. Payment is taken when you place the order.

4. When the contract is formed

Your order is an offer to buy. The contract comes into existence when we send you the dispatch confirmation email — not the order confirmation. If we can't fulfil an order, we'll tell you and refund you in full.

5. Delivery

Our shipping policy forms part of these terms. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

6. Cancellation and returns

Our returns policy forms part of these terms. In short: a 14-day right to cancel, and a 30-day right to reject faulty goods under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

7. What this product is — and isn't

neuroVIZR is a wellness device. It is not a medical device, and nothing on this website is medical advice. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any illness or condition.

Do not use it if you have photosensitive epilepsy or any history of seizures. If you're pregnant, have a neurological condition, or are unsure for any other reason, speak to your doctor before using it. Don't use it while driving or operating machinery.

8. Liability

We're responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We don't limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law doesn't allow us to limit. We aren't liable for business losses — we supply to consumers only.

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

9. Intellectual property

The content on this website is ours or our suppliers'. You're welcome to read, print and share it; you may not republish it commercially without our permission.

10. Complaints

Email us and we'll respond within 5 working days, and resolve matters within 14 days wherever we can. If we can't sort it out between us, UK customers can get free advice from Citizens Advice; customers in the EU can contact their national European Consumer Centre.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes may be brought before the courts of England and Wales. If you live in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany or France, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your own country and may bring proceedings there.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. The version published when you place your order is the one that applies to that order.
