Why we sell this

Most ways of winding down ask something of you. Sitting still. Breathing exercises. An app reminding you that you haven't used it. neuroVIZR turns that around: you put it on, close your eyes, and the session does the work. Five or eleven minutes later you're done.

That's the whole reason we started Lumora. Not another thing to be disciplined about — something that actually works on the evenings when you have nothing left to give.

Two models, one app

We sell the Blue and the Rouge. They run on the same app and the same session library; the difference is how the light feels. The Blue works with a bright, clear spectrum and suits mornings or a block of focused work. The Rouge uses warm red light (670nm) and suits evenings and winding down. Which one you pick is a matter of taste, not quality.

How we work

We're a UK company and we ship from England to the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and France. Delivery is free and takes 2 to 7 working days depending on where you are.

You have 14 days from delivery to change your mind, even after using the device — we send you a prepaid return label and refund you in full. If something is faulty, you have 30 days to reject it outright, and a 12-month warranty on the Blue or 24 months on the Rouge after that.

What we don't claim

neuroVIZR is a wellness device, not a medical one. It doesn't diagnose, it doesn't treat conditions, and it doesn't replace medical care. We won't tell you it will fix your sleep, and we'd be suspicious of anyone who did. Don't use it if you have photosensitive epilepsy or a history of seizures; if you're unsure, ask your doctor first.
