What exactly is NeuroVIZR?
A headband with a small light panel that sits in front of your closed eyes, paired with a free app on your phone. The app plays audio through your own headphones and drives the light in time with it. You close your eyes for about eleven minutes and the session runs itself — a way to create moments of calm without having to sit still and meditate.
What's the difference between The Original and The Rouge?
Same device, same app, same eleven minutes. The Original uses 9 white LEDs and comes with 72 sessions and 3 neuro-dosing courses — it suits the day, focus and the afternoon dip. The Rouge uses 9 red LEDs at 670 nm and ships with the complete library: 243 sessions including 30 red-light exclusives, 16 courses, a rigid carry case and a 24-month warranty instead of 12. It suits the evening and winding down.

Is there a subscription?
No. One purchase gives you lifetime access to the sessions that come with your device — 72 with The Original, all 243 with The Rouge. There are no recurring fees and nothing expires. The app does offer extra session packs you can add to The Original later if you want a bigger library, but nothing requires it.
How long does a session take?
Around eleven minutes, with some sessions running five. You pick one that matches what you need, put on any headphones, close your eyes and press play. The session stops on its own.
Do I need a phone and headphones?
Yes to both. The app runs the sessions, so you need a smartphone with iOS 15 or later or Android 11 or later. The audio plays through headphones you supply — any wired or wireless pair works, and none are included in the box.
Where do you ship from, and are there import charges?
We keep stock in two warehouses so your order never has to cross a customs border. UK orders ship from our warehouse in England and arrive in 2–4 working days. Orders to the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, France and Spain ship from our warehouse in the Netherlands and arrive in 3–7 working days.
Delivery is free and tracked, and there are no import duties or charges to pay on delivery — the price at checkout is the price you pay. Full details are in our shipping policy.
Who should not use NeuroVIZR?
The NeuroVIZR is a wellness device for adults aged 18 and over. It is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition.
Do not use it if you have photosensitive epilepsy, a seizure disorder or a history of seizures; are strongly sensitive to light; are pregnant; or are under the influence of alcohol or drugs. If you have a neurological condition or take medication that increases light sensitivity, speak to your doctor first. Stop the session if you develop a headache, dizziness or unusual tiredness.
Can I return it?
Yes. You have 14 days from delivery to change your mind, even after using the device. Email us and we'll send a prepaid return label — the return costs you nothing and we refund you within 14 days. Separately, you keep your statutory rights, including 30 days to reject a faulty product under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. See our returns policy.
