Shipping policy

Where we deliver
United Kingdom, Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, France and Spain. If your country isn't on the list yet, send us a message — we're adding destinations as we grow.

Delivery cost
Free to every country we ship to. No minimum order, no handling fee.

How long it takes
Orders placed before 2pm on a working day leave the same day. Orders placed later, or at the weekend, go out on the next working day.

  • United Kingdom (from our warehouse in England): 2–4 working days
  • Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, France, Spain (from our warehouse in the Netherlands): 3–7 working days

So in practice: 2 to 7 working days from the moment your order is confirmed. These are estimates, not guarantees — a busy carrier can add a day. Under UK law your order will be delivered within 30 days of purchase at the very latest; if we can't manage that, you can cancel and get a full refund.

Tracking
As soon as your parcel is labelled you'll get a tracking link by email. If it hasn't arrived within a few hours of your dispatch confirmation, check your spam folder before getting in touch.

No customs, no import charges
UK orders ship from our warehouse in England and EU orders from our warehouse in the Netherlands, so your parcel never crosses a customs border. There are no import duties or charges to pay on delivery: the price you see at checkout is the price you pay.

If something goes wrong
Parcel damaged in transit, or nothing at your door after the expected date? Email us within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we'll chase the carrier, replace the device, or refund you — whichever you prefer.

Delivery address
Please double-check your address at checkout. If a parcel returns to us because the address was incomplete, we'll contact you to arrange a second delivery at no extra cost.
